Now I usually don't go near consoles on Ebay because they are notoriously hard to source at the beginning of the product launch, however I am actively looking at this console as Nintendo, unlike Sony, are not being as restrictive on the sales channels (at least not yet).
Also I am extremely interested in the console itself as I intend to own one and as such I have been researching it on the net and already have templates ready for my sales pages..here's some of the information I have (condensed of course):
Until Nintendo announced the console's official name on April 27, 2006, the official codename of Wii was Revolution.
Nintendo's Wii is unique in that the console's controller, the Wii Remote, or "Wii-mote", can be used as a handheld pointing device as well as detecting motion in three dimensions. It also contains a speaker and a rumbling device to provide sensory feedback.
Nintendo's Wii has a stand-by feature entitled WiiConnect24, enabling it to receive messages and updates over the Internet while consuming very little electrical power.
Wii will be backward compatible with all GameCube software and most peripherals. However the Wii will definately not be compatible with the Game Boy Player.
Wii will be supported by a Virtual Console service will allow users to download and play games from the NES, Super NES, and Nintendo 64, as well as Mega Drive/Genesis and TurboGrafx-16.
Nintendo's Wii will have the opera browser installed, in addition to functioning as a web browser, Opera on Wii will serve as a layout engine to be used for web-based applications.
Wii will support wireless connectivity with the Nintendo DS, allowing the player to use functions like the Nintendo DS's microphone and touchscreen as inputs for Wii games.
Wii will also support the custom player face feature taht will allow for user customisation.

There is no confirmed pricing as of yet however Yoshihiro Miro has confirmed that Wii will cost no more than JP¥25,000, US$250 and that the UK price will be inline with the US/Japan prices (so approximately £150).
No confirmed release date but Nintendo aims to release in the fourth quarter of 2006, with a target of 4 months to launch in all countries! Obviously this then gives a 4 month window where people will be willing to pay premium prices for the Wii console, the point at which I am aiming to be in the market. I am already planning to pre-order a load from retailers as a safe guard against not being able to secure a reliable supplier.
